Shipping & Delivery
Sierra Microproducts ships by common carrier such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. We only ship U.S. Mail under special circumstance and additional handling fees may apply. Please check with our sales department if you have any questions regarding shipping methods or fees. If you have a UPS, FedEx or DHL account that you wish to use, we are open to that. We find that some of our largest customers tend to have very aggressive shipping rates based on their high volume of shipments. Sierra Microproducts charges standard rates and does not mark up or make money on freight fees. If you are a local customer, we offer same day delivery via courier on many items. (based on availability) And, counter to counter service nationwide for extremely urgent same day deliveries.
Privacy & Security
The key to a successful ecommece site is maintaining the privacy and security of our client information. And, we take it very seriously! Sierra Microproducts has partnered with companies that offer advanced data encryption, anti-fraud risk models and fraud detection, address verification services and anti-fraud specialists. Customer data is stored securely and credit card data is only used at the point of sale. Payment Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Please visit our terms and conditions page for a full privacy notice.
Returns & Replacements
Sierra Microproducts accepts returns of unopened products within 30 days of sale for credit or refund. An RMA number must accompany the return. Please contact our sales department for the RMA request form. Any products returned without a valid RMA number will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Sierra Microproducts sells products that are primarily covered under manufacturer warranty. Such items can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer directly. For any product that shows signs of having problems within 30 days of delivery, Sierra Microproducts will initiate the call to the manufacturer on behalf of the end user. We request that the end user contact the manufacturer directly after 30 days of delivery for products covered under manufacturer warranty. Any products with custom warranty or Sierra Micro warranty will be handled by Sierra Microproducts. Please ask your sales person if you have any question as to the length of warranty and/or coverage pre-purchase.

You have options! Feel free to use our ecommerce site, it's straightforward, secure and easy to use. We accept major credit cards and Paypal online. Or, apply for net terms and cut purchase orders for product and services you require. If you ever have a question regarding the shopping experience, please contact us. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Sierra Microproducts accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and various debit cards. As well as, Paypal and online checks through Paypal. We also accept purchase orders and offer net terms to many end user and government contractor accounts that establish accounts with Sierra. Pricing is subject to change. All quotes are valid for 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please inquire with your sales rep for the validity of your quote if it has been more than 5 days since your last correspondence. Other payment options include prepay, wire, COD and escrow. To learn about any of our payment methods, please contact us. Promotions are available on certain skus for a certain amount of time. Any items purchased at promotion pricing must ship prior to the promotion ending in order for the customer to realize the promotional discount.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed online. If you have any questions regarding an online order, please contact us. Orders placed via email or fax will always be confirmed by your sales representative. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, it would be a great idea for you to contact us to make sure it was received and processed.
Updating Account Information
Account info can be updated online. Or, you can email changes to your customer service or sales representative to be updated for you. Login to your account to make any updates yourself, such as billing and shipping information. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate in calling us for assistance.
