Does Sierra Microproducts ship internationally?
YES! We ship globally. In some cases we can ship from a warehouse in your region of the world. Or, from a facility in the U.S.A. that is set up to ship internationally such as our headquarters, satellite offices and business partners. Please note, some products cannot be shipped outside the continental USA due to distribution agreements we have with the manufacturer.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Sierra Microproducts accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure online payment system. We also accept online payments through PayPal. Customers that are interested in a terms account can apply for net terms. International buyers are asked to pre-pay via bank wire unless other terms are worked out with the finance department.

Do all of your products carry a warranty?
YES! We guarantee everything we sell and stand behind our products. Please see our returns and replacement policy in the customer service section of the website.

Where are you located?
Sierra Microproducts is based in north county, San Diego, California. Our sales, procurement, finance, customer service and technical teams are available from 7:30AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. (Pacific Standard Time)

Do you offer government or educational discounts?
YES! We offer discounts for state, local and federal agencies. As well as schools, colleges and universities. Please inquire with a product specialist for available programs.
